COMPETITION

EVENT DATE

August 6th - 8th, 2018

LOCATION

Open to any male golfer with an active New Hampshire GHIN Handicap Index. Players must be age 18 or younger as of August 6th, 2018. 

ENTRY FEE

$60 per player

YARDAGES AND TEES

Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may impact the playing conditions during the competition. 

FORMAT

Day 1: 18-holes Stroke Play - Qualifying

Day 1 PM: Flighted Match Play (Top 16 players make Championship Flight, others in Flights of 8 players)

Day 2 AM: 2nd Round Flighted Match Play

Day 2 PM: Championship Flight Seminfinals, Finals for all other Flights

Day 3 AM: Championship Flight - Championship Match

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the NHGA and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the Championship. Pairings may be found on this page (see the Pairings & Starting Times tab) or by contacting the NHGA office.  

REGISTRATION

There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please be on your assigned starting tee approximately five minutes prior to your assigned time. Players will receive scorecards and other necessary information at that time. Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy below for more information. 

CARTS

Carts are not permitted for the Championship. Players may employ a caddy for the Championship. Caddies for the Junior Championship must be no older than 18 years old on the first day of the Championship.

FOOD SERVICE

Lunch service will be available following the completion of play for all days.  Cash and credit cards are accepted for food and beverage purchases. Lunch is included on the first day between qualifying and the first round of matches. 

PRIZES

Pro Shop Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each flight. 

REFUND POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
