COMPETITION

EVENT DATE

June 13th & 14th, 2018

LOCATION

Teams of two female golfers with an active New Hampshire GHIN Handicap Index. 

ENTRY FEE

$150 per team

YARDAGES AND TEES

Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may impact the playing conditions during the competition. 

FORMAT

36-holes Best Ball. Prizes will be awarded in both gross and net. 

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the NHGA and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the Championship. Pairings may be found on this page (see the Pairings & Starting Times tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Starting Times will begin at 8:00AM. 

REGISTRATION

There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please be on your assigned starting tee approximately five minutes prior to your assigned time. Players will receive scorecards and other necessary information at that time. Team withdraws must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy below for more information. 

CARTS

Carts are included in the entry fee for the Championship and will be provided for all competitors. Please check-in with the Pro Shop staff to secure a golf cart. 

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY

FOOD SERVICE

Lunch is included in the entry fee and will be provided to all players on Day 1. Lunch service will be available on a cash/credit basis on Day 2.

PRIZES

Pro Shop Prizes will be awarded to the top teams in both Gross & Net. 

REFUND POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
