2018 State Amateur Qualifier at The Golf Club of New England

COMPETITION

 2018 New Hampshire Amateur Qualifying

EVENT DATE

 Thursday, June 7th, 2018

LOCATION

 The Golf Club of New England
ELIGIBILITY Open to male golfers with an active New Hampshire GHIN Handicap Index of 12.0 or less. Competitors must be a resident of New Hampshire, or a non-resident that plays at least 20 rounds per season at a New Hampshire member club. 

ENTRY FEE

$125 per player

YARDAGES AND TEES

Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may impact the playing conditions during the competition. 

FORMAT

 18-holes stroke play. The number of players who will advance to the State Amateur will be determined and announced three days prior to the qualifier date. 

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the NHGA and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the Championship. Pairings may be found on this page (see the Pairings & Starting Times tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Starting Times will begin at 7:30 AM. 

REGISTRATION

There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please be on your assigned starting tee approximately five minutes prior to your assigned time. Players will receive scorecards and other necessary information at that time. Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. CARTS

 Carts are permitted for the event. The cost of carts is the responsibility of the player and arraingments should be made directly with the host club.

FOOD SERVICE

Lunch service will be available following the completion of play.  Cash and credit cards are accepted for food and beverage purchases. 

PRIZES

 The top finishers from the qualifier will advance to the New Hampshire Amateur Championship at Hanover Country Club. 

REFUND POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
