ELIGIBILITY	Qualifying is open to male golfers with an active New Hampshire GHIN Handicap Index of 12.0 or less. Those who are not exempt from qualifying must attempt to qualify at one of the six pre-qualifiers held prior to the Championship. Competitors are allowed to qualify at one site, and may not attempt qualifying more than once per season.
ENTRY FEE	$125 per player
YARDAGES AND TEES	Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may impact the playing conditions during the competition. The Championship will be played from approximately 6,400 yards.
FORMAT	The Championship will be a single elimination match play format, with the top 64 players from Stroke Play qualifying advancing to the match play portion of the Championship. The schedule of rounds can be found below. The schedule is subject to change at any time due to weather or other circumstances. Sunday, July 8th: 18-holes stroke play qualifying Monday, July 9th: 18-holes stroke play qualifying Tuesday, July 10th: Round of 64 matches Wednesday. July 11th: Round of 32 and Round of 16 Matches Thursday, July 12th: Quarterfinal and Semifinal Matches Friday, July 13th: 36-hole Championship Match
STARTING TIMES	Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the NHGA and will be posted on Facebook (New Hampshire Golf Association) and Twitter (@NewHampshireGA) via video on Friday, June 29th. Starting times will also be available online and sent via text to competitors on Sunday, July 1st. Pairings may be found on this page (see the Pairings & Starting Times tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Day 1 and Day 2 starting times will be from 7:30AM - 9:20AM and 12:00PM - 1:50PM. Players will play one round in each wave.
REGISTRATION	There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please be on your assigned starting tee approximately five minutes prior to your assigned time. Players will receive scorecards and other necessary information at that time. Player withdraws must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy below for more information.
CARTS	Carts are permitted for the event. The cost of carts is the responsibility of the player and arraingements must be made with the host club. Carts for players starting on the 10th tee must be paid for via cash only.
RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY	The NHGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Cart Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view the policies.
FOOD SERVICE	Lunch service will be available following the completion of play. Cash and credit cards are accepted for food and beverage purchases.
PRIZES	Pro Shop Prizes will be awarded to all players that advance to the Round of 32.
REFUND POLICY	A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
