EVENT DATE

October 2nd - 4th, 2018

LOCATION

 Baker Hill Golf Club
ELIGIBILITY Open to 108 male golfers with an active GHIN Handicap Index of 12.0 or less and 25 years or older on October 2nd, 2018. Players who made the cut in the 2017 Mid-Amateur Championship will have a reserved position in the field held for them until July 15th, 2018. To see the 2017 results, click here. 

ENTRY FEE

$125 per player

YARDAGES AND TEES

Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may impact the playing conditions during the competition. 

FORMAT

54-holes Stroke Play. 18-holes per day with a cut to low 27 players and ties after 36-holes.   

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the NHGA and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the Championship. Pairings may be found on this page (see the Pairings & Starting Times tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Starting Times will begin at 7:30AM. 

REGISTRATION

There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please be on your assigned starting tee approximately five minutes prior to your assigned time. Players will receive scorecards and other necessary information at that time. Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. CARTS

 Carts are permitted for the event. The cost of carts is the responsibility of the player and arraingments should be made directly with the host club.

FOOD SERVICE

Lunch service will be available following the completion of play.  Cash and credit cards are accepted for food and beverage purchases. 

PRIZES

Pro Shop Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers. 

REFUND POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
