ELIGIBILITY: In addition to a player's agreement to abide by the NHGA Rules of Play Policies, the following criteria is required:
Amateur Golfers Only:
Senior Match Play Championship
- Open to Male golfers who hold an active NHGA GHIN Handicap Index.
- All players must have reached their 55th birthday as of May 10, 2021.

Mid-Am Match Play Championship
- Open to Male golfers who hold an active NHGA GHIN Handicap Index.
- All players must have reached their 25th birthday as of May 10, 2021.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, April 26, 2021 at 05:00 PM
ENTRY FEE: Senior Match Play Championship Registration Fee ($125.00 / Player)
Mid-Am Match Play Championship Registration Fee ($125.00 / Player)
FIELD SIZE: The maximum field size for this event is 90 players. Once the field has been filled, players may register for the waitlist and will be added to the field if a spot(s) opens up on a first come/first served basis.
FORMAT: 18-Holes of Stroke Play Qualifying for Match Play.
DIVISIONS: Senior Division (55+)
Mid-Am Division (25+)
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen (14) days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event. Withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office.
CODE OF CONDUCT: In registering for any NHGA tournament, players agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and its penalties. The NHGA expects all players, at all times, to act in accordance with the spirit of the game. Serious misconduct and repeated violations of this Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action and potential banishment from future NHGA events. Players are responsible for the actions of their caddies and spectators that may be following their group. Decisions on violations of the Code of Conduct will be made by the Executive Director and the Rules & Competitions Committee with assistance from the Board of Directors.
