Skins (Optional): Individual Skins, Gross, Cash Only, Collected on 1st Tee.

DIVISIONS

Regular and Senior (55+)

Although there are two divisions, all competitiors will play from the same set of tees.

ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to all amateur golfers who have an active NHGA/GHIN Handicap Index at any public, private, semi-private, municipal or non-real estate NHGA member course/club.

CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

The Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the NHGA Rules of Play. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the Stroke Play Series sites. It is the individual player’s responsibility to know the Terms of the Competition.

GOLF CARTS, CADDIES & PULL CARTS

The use of a golf cart is permitted for this event at the players expense; arrangements must be made with the host club. Caddies and push/pull carts are also permitted.

 

The use of more than two golf carts per pairing group at an NHGA Championship is strictly prohibited. See Cart Policy.

STARTING TIMES

Starting Times & Player Information will be assigned by the NHGA and will be emailed to all competitors and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the event. Courtesy practice privileges are at the discretion of the host club(s). Pairings may be found on this page, (see “Pairings & Starting Times” tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Starting Times for this event will begin at 8:30AM.

 

Players registering for Stroke Play Series Events may select their preferred group and starting times during the registration process. 

REGISTRATION

There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please arrive to your assigned starting tee approximately 10 minutes prior to your assigned starting time. 

 

Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy for more information. 

COURSE SET - UP 

Yardages will be posted online prior to the entry close date. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect playing conditions during the competition.

PRACTICE RANGE

The Practice Range will be available on the day(s) of competition courtesy of the NHGA.

 

The Concord Country Club Practice Range will be open one hour prior to the first starting time and will close at the discretion of the host club. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE Food Service will be available on the day of competition at the players expense (cash/credit).
PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at Concord Country Club.

SCORE POSTING

All scores from individual stroke play events (qualifiers & championships proper) will be automatically posted by the NHGA staff.

INCLEMENT WEATHER / CANCELLED ROUND It is the goal of the NHGA to conduct each event in its entirety. In the event of Inclement Weather, all aspects will be considered and handled by the committee on a case by case basis. 

REFUND POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
