| FORMAT | 54 - Holes, Stroke Play; A cut will be made after 36-holes to the low 27 players and ties. |

ELIGIBILITY |
Entries are open to amateur male golfers who have an active NH GHIN Handicap Index, not exceeding 12.0 (as determined by the September 22, 2020 Handicap Revision), and have reached their 25th birthday by 12 midnight, October 6, 2020.
Field size is limited to 112 players.

| CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION |
The Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the NHGA Rules of Play. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the Championship sites. It is the individual player’s responsibility to know the Terms of the Competition. |

GOLF CARTS, CADDIES & PULL CARTS |
The use of a golf cart is permitted for this event at the players expense; arrangements must be made with the host club each day of competition. Caddies and push/pull carts are also permitted.
The use of more than two golf carts per pairing group at an NHGA Championship is strictly prohibited. See Cart Policy. |
| STARTING TIMES | Starting Times & Player Information will be assigned by the NHGA and will be emailed to all competitors and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the event. Courtesy practice privileges are at the discretion of the host club(s). Pairings may be found on this page, (see “Pairings & Starting Times” tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Starting Times for Round(s) 1 & 2 will begin at 8:00AM.

| REGISTRATION |
There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please arrive to your assigned starting tee approximately 10 minutes prior to your assigned starting time.
Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy for more information. |
| PRACTICE ROUND | |
| AVAILABLE DATES | Cost for a practice round is $110 (includes cart) and practice rounds are available to players ONLY. Players wishing to play a practice round should contact LWGC directly at 603-569-3055 |

COURSE SET - UP |
Yardages will be posted online prior to the entry close date. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect playing conditions during the competition. |
| PRACTICE RANGE |
The Practice Range will be available on the day(s) of competition at the players expense; arrangements must be made with the host club.
The Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club Practice Range will be open one hour prior to the first starting time and will close at the discretion of the host club. |
| FOOD & BEVERAGE |
Food Service will be available on the day(s) of competition at the players expense (cash/credit). |

PRIZES |
Prizes will be awarded to all competitors making the cut. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club. |

| SCORE POSTING |
All scores from individual stroke play events (qualifiers & championships proper) will be automatically posted by the NHGA staff. |

INCLEMENT WEATHER / CANCELLED ROUND |
It is the goal of the NHGA to conduct each event in its entirety. In the event of Inclement Weather, all aspects will be considered and handled by the committee on a case by case basis. |

REFUND POLICY |
A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event. |
