ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to amateur male golfers, age 18 & under,  who have an active NH GHIN Handicap Index and will not reach their 19th birthday by midnight August 5, 2020

CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

The Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the NHGA Rules of Play. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the Championship sites. It is the individual player’s responsibility to know the Terms of the Competition.

GOLF CARTS, CADDIES, & PULL CARTS

The use of a golf carts is not permitted for this event. Push/Pull Carts are permitted. Caddies are permitted, however they must be under the age of 18. Parents are not permitted to caddie. 

STARTING TIMES

Starting Times & Player Information will be assigned by the NHGA and will be emailed to all competitors and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the event. Courtesy practice privileges are at the discretion of the host club(s). Pairings may be found on this page, (see “Pairings & Starting Times” tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Round 1 Starting Times will begin at 7:30AM. Groups will not be re-paired following Round 1. Following Round 2, players will be flighted and groups re-paired.

REGISTRATION

There is no formal registration on-site for this event. Please arrive to your assigned starting tee approximately 10 minutes prior to your assigned starting time.

Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy for more information.

Yardages will be posted online prior to the entry close date. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect playing conditions during the competition.

The Practice Range will be available on the day(s) of competition courtesy of the NHGA.  

The Eastman Golf Links Practice Range will open one hour prior to the first starting time on the day(s) of the competition and close at the discretion of the host club. 

Food Service will be available on the day(s) of competition, at the players expense (cash/credit).

Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each flight. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at Eastman Golf Links.

All scores from individual stroke play events (qualifiers & championships proper) will be automatically posted by the NHGA staff.

It is the goal of the NHGA to conduct each event in its entirety. In the event of Inclement Weather, all aspects will be considered and handled by the committee on a case by case basis. 

REFUND POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event.
