18-holes, Stroke Play - 2 Best Ball(s) out of 4
Two Best Ball(s) out of 4: Each golfer hits his own ball throughout the round but after each hole, the two best scores amongst the team members are recorded and count as the scores for the whole team for that hole. After the round is completed the scores are added up and the total will represent the score posted by that team. |

ELIGIBILITY |
Entries are open to all amateur golfers who have an active NHGA/GHIN Handicap Index at any public, private, semi-private, municipal or non-real estate NHGA member course/club. ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE THE SAME CLUB AFFILIATION. |

CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION |
The Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the NHGA Rules of Play. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the Championship sites. It is the individual player’s responsibility to know the Terms of the Competition. |

GOLF CARTS, CADDIES & PULL CARTS |
Golf carts are included in the club team entry fee. Caddies and push/pull carts are also permitted.
The use of more than two golf carts per pairing group at an NHGA Championship is strictly prohibited. See Cart Policy. |

STARTING TIMES |
Starting Times & Player Information will be assigned by the NHGA and will be emailed to all competitors and will be posted online approximately 5-7 days prior to the event. Courtesy practice privileges are at the discretion of the host club(s). Pairings may be found on this page, (see “Pairings & Starting Times” tab) or by contacting the NHGA office. Starting Times for the competition begin at 9:20AM. |

REGISTRATION |
On-site registration will begin approximately one hour prior to the event starting time. Teams should check in to receive scorecards, local rules sheets and other pertinent information.
Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the NHGA office. See Refund Policy for more information. |

PRACTICE ROUND |

Monday, June 8 - Friday, June 19
Competitors interested in scheduling a practice round must contact Derryfield Country Club at (603) 669-0235 for tee times. WALK ONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED |
| COURSE SET - UP |
Yardages will be posted online prior to the entry close date. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect playing conditions during the competition. |
| PRACTICE RANGE |
Derryfield Country Club does not have a practice range. Players interested in practicing prior to the competition must make other arrangements. |
| FOOD & BEVERAGE | Food Service will be available on the day(s) of competition at the players expense (cash/credit). |
| PRIZES | Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each division. Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at Derryfield Country Club. |
| SCORE POSTING |
The NHGA does not post scores for tournaments or championships with team formats. It is the responsibility of the player to post their respective scores. |
| INCLEMENT WEATHER / CANCELLED ROUND | The NHGA intends to conduct each competition in its entirety. In the event of Inclement Weather, all scenarios will be considered and handled by the committee on a case by case basis. |

REFUND POLICY |
A $10 service charge will be retained by the NHGA on all refunds granted for any reason. Entry fees will not be refunded within fourteen days of the start of the competition unless there are extreme circumstances preventing participation in the event. |
